UPSTAIRS LOUNGE
Host your next celebration in our large private dining room, an exquisite setting designed for gatherings with family, friends, or colleagues. Ascend the winding staircase to our dramatic upstairs lounge, a versatile event space that can transform to suit your occasion—whether for cocktail receptions, company parties, birthdays, banquets, rehearsal dinners, or corporate functions.
The lounge features a stage, TV, podium, and full PA system, making it perfect for both social and professional events.
Please note: the elevator is currently not operational.

Private Buyout Minimums:
Friday & Saturday: $1,950 minimum Monday–Thursday: $900 minimum
MAIN DINING ROOM
Located within our main dining room, we offer group dining in a non-private setting. Host your corporate happy hours, birthday dinners, business meetings, or monthly get-togethers with the same quality food and service as our private events.
The sultry dining area features built-in leather banquettes with room for larger tables at the center and perimeter, perfect for seated events.

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly thoughtful and detail-oriented, they even visited our wedding website and surprised us by using our custom wedding logo on the menus. They also replicated our exact signature drink menu and were not only on board, but excited when I asked if I/we could decorate the space to match our Roaring 20s theme. I can’t recommend 17th South enough for anyone looking to host a special event they made our night absolutely unforgettable! Also the portion sizes were OUT OF THIS WORLD. 10/10 experience.
